It's not fun and I would rather get nothing than have to spend my time hunting for gifts for people that already have everything they want.

Halloween though? I love handing out candy. I live in an apartment complex now and I have for many years and I can't give out candy here. I miss it. Since there is not much for me to do on this holiday anymore because I don't have kids, I wish I could give out candy.

I really love your writing voice and how sarcastic you are. :)Kara_Malinczakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07559498182018910285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2640540060819179935.post-75660352932179672002012-10-24T04:57:48.786-07:002012-10-24T04:57:48.786-07:00I'm also anti-holiday gift giving. I don't...I'm also anti-holiday gift giving. I don't want to spend money to buy something that someone doesn't really want. And I don't want them to do the same for me. (This is how I ended up with 10,000 mugs in my house, none of which I use.) I just want to watch holiday movies, and eat special foods. The gift-giving is something I'm so over. Alas, my husband must have gift giving as his number one love language because he'd perish before he saw a Christmas without presents.

Good luck at jury duty selection!*Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
