Like a Bandit

I must say, between my birthday and Christmas I made out like a freaking bandit these past two months. People know what I like by this point! I thought I'd share my bounty:

The only itty-bitty problem with this is that the dent I made in the TBR list is now totally gone. Not a bad problem to have!

  4. Hi! I have been a long time lurker on your blog for a while now and because I feel like we have very similar reading interests, I also feel like it is my duty to warn you that The Circle was one of the worst books I have read in a long time. I don't know if this is just because it was my first time reading Eggers' or no,t but I found his prose extremely simplistic (almost beneath YA level) and too dialogue heavy. Plus the story was basically a condescending satire on the digital age set in a 'big brother' type future. blah blah blah.

Alas, I have just finished Margaret Atwood's trilogy and Night Film upon your recommendation (LOVED both) am now on to Diane Setterfield's sophomore novel, Bellman & Black. Cheers to good reading!
